One essential prerequisite is the perception, by the bully or by others, of an imbalance of social or physical power") will be treated as Harrasment (Defined by Wikipedia.com as "Harassment...covers a wide range of behaviours of an offensive nature. It is commonly understood as behaviour intended to disturb or upset, and it is characteristically repetitive. In the legal sense, it is intentional behaviour which is found threatening or disturbing. ").Bullying is,by definition,Harassment,and will be treated as such.This will include the notification of the proper authorities.
